RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING ZONES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 090, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, portions of the below named streets are hereby designated as Residential Permit Parking Zones, for the following locations:
WARD RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING ZONES:
1 1901-1903 North Humboldt Boulevard (east side); Residential Parking Permit
Zone 1569 by including 1901-1903 North Humboldt Boulevard (east side) as Buffer Zone [02016-386]
24 1600-1699 South Christiana Avenue; Residential Permit Parking Zone 1897, 8:30am
to 4:30pm, All Days [02016-590]
46 West Lawrence Avenue to the north, North Clarendon Avenue to the east, West
Montrose Avenue to the south and North Maiden Street to the west; 4600-4799 North Maiden Street (east and west sides), 4600-4799 North Magnolia Avenue (east and west sides), 4600-4799 North Racine Avenue (east and west sides), 1238-1200 West Leland Avenue (north and south sides), 950-818 West Windsor Avenue (north and south sides), 936-818 West Sunnyside Avenue (north and south sides), 936-848 West Agatite Avenue (north and south sides), 4400-4599 North Hazel Street (east and west sides); Residential Parking Permit Zone 1130, 6:00pm to 6:00am, All Days [02016-576]
WARD AMEND RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING ZONES:
10 3701-3731 East 105th Street from Avenue J to Avenue H; Repeal Residential
Permit Parking Zone 1270 [02016-569]
14 South Christiana Avenue; Amend Residential Permit Parking Zone 1856 to include:
South Christiana Avenue (east and west sides) from West 53rd Street to the first alley north of West 55th Street, West 53rd Street (south side) from South Christiana Avenue to South Homan Avenue, and West 54th Street (north and south sides) from South Christiana Avenue to South Homan Avenue [Or2016-38]
24 1600-1699 South Spaulding Avenue; Repeal Residential Permit Parking Zone 1897,
4:00pm to 7:00am, All Days, by Striking the above [02016-591]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
