BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1.  That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install and/or amend Reserved Parking (2% Disabled) Signs at the below listed locations:

 

 

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

 

 

32                     1845 West Cortland Street; West Cortland Street (south side) from a point 128 feet

east of North Wolcott Avenue to a point 20 feet east thereof; Reserved Parking (2% Disabled), 7:00am to 4:30pm, School Days , Public Benefit - (16-00275218) [02015-6113]

 

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Reserved Parking (2% Disabled) on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.

 

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
