ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Business Planned Development No. 1245 District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-E in the area bounded by

A line 129.16 feet south of and parallel to the south boundary line of West 21^st Street; the centerline of (vacated) South Jefferson Street (or the line thereof if extended where no street exists; West Cermak Road; and a 366.84 foot long perpendicular line to West Cermak Road 396.74 feet west of the centerline of vacated South Jefferson Street (as measured at a point 129.16 feet south of the south boundary line of West 21^st Street),

to those of a C3-3 Commercial, Manufacturing and Employment District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
