BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council establishing residential permit parking zones in designated areas, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following:

"South Komensky Avenue       from West 49^tn Street to West 50^tn Street,

on both sides of the street, all days, 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Residential Permit Parking Zone 38."

And inserting in lieu thereof

"South Komensky Avenue       from West 49^,n Street to West 50^tn Street,

on both sides of the street 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday Residential Permit Parking Zone 38."

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
