ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of (he B3-5 Community Shopping District and RJvl-5 Residential Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No 3-F in the area bounded by:
A line 363.79 feet south of and parallel to West North Avenue; a line 102.25 feet west of and parallel to North Wells Street; a line 388.08 feet south of and parallel to West North Avenue; North Wells Street; a line 512.08 feet south of and parallel to West North Avenue; North Wieland Street
SECTION 2. To those of a B3-5 Community Shopping District;
Section 3: Changing all thc B3-5 Community Shopping District symbols and indications shown on Map No. 3-F in tlie area bounded by:
A line 363.79 feet south of and parallel to West North Avenue; a line 102.25 feet west of and parallel to North Wells Street; a line 388.08 feet south of and parallel to West North Avenue; North Wells Street; a line 512.08 feet south of and parallel to West North Avenue; North Wieland Street
to those of a Residential Business Planned Development, and a corresponding use district, which is hereby established in the area above described
SECTION 3. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and due publication.
