ORDERED, that the Committee on pedestrian and Traffic Safety hereby authorize and direct the necessary study to install a loading zone waive the Food Vendor License fees, Itinerant Merchant License fees, and Tent Erection fees for all the participants in the New 37^th Ward Gospel Festival located at La Follette Park, 1333 N. Laramie, to be held on August 6, 2016
