ORDINANCE

WHEREAS, On February 10, 2016, the City Council passed an ordinance (City Clerk Tracking Number 02016-78) repealing Municipal Code section 4-60-022 (13.278) hereinafter referred to as the "Ordinance"; and

WHEREAS, It was later discovered that this Code section bore an inaccurate numbering designation. The correct numbering designation for the section was 4-60-022 (23.506); and

WHEREAS, It is necessary and appropriate to correct this error; now, therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Page 18528 ofthe Journal ofthe Proceedings of February 10, 2016, at line 19, is hereby corrected by replacing liquor moratorium number "13.278" with liquor moratorium number "23.506."

SECTION 2. The geographic area covered by this moratorium is unchanged by this ordinance's numbering correction.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication and shall be deemed to apply retroactively to the effective date of the Ordinance.
