ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4-6-290 REGARDING BED AND BREAKFASTS



BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Section 4-6-290 ofthe Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago is hereby amended by inserting the language underscored and deleting the language struck through, as follows:



Section 4-6-290 Bed and Breakfast Establishment.

(e) License issuance and renewal - Prohibited when. No regulated business license to engage in the business of bed-and-breakfast establishment shall be issued to the following persons:

any applicant or licensee, as applicable, whose license under Title 4 at any location has been revoked for cause within the last two years^;
any applicant or licensee, as applicable, who knowingly operates without a license reguired under Title 4 within the last two years.
