ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the M1-1 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 13-L in the area bounded by

North Northwest Highway; North Milwaukee Avenue; a 39 foot long southwesterly perpendicular line to North Milwaukee Avenue and 112.42 feet southeast of the south west intersection of North Northwest Highway and North Milwaukee Avenue; a 96.98 foot long southwesterly perpendicular line to the C & N W Railroad right-of-way at a point 608.12 feet southeast of the east boundary line of North Central Avenue (as measured along the northeast boundary line of the C & NW Railroad right-of-way line); the northeast boundary line of the C & NW Railroad right-of-way line; and North Central Avenue,

to those of a Bl-1 Neighborhood Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
