Amend Residential Permit Parking Zone #

ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.

That the ordinances heretofore passed by the City Council establishing Residential Permit Parking Zones in the 1st Ward in the area with the following boundaries:

•   1726 to 1758 West Crystal Street (even side of the street); 1727 to 1757 West Crystal Street (odd side ofthe street); 24 hours, all days (Zone 154)

Are hereby amended, and this Ordinance establishes that within the aforementioned boundaries, a currently unused Residential Permit Parking Zone shall take effect upon passage and publication.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect upon passage and publication.
