BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO-
SECTION 1: On behalf of the City of Chicago, as Tenant, the Commissioner of the Department of Fleet and Facility Management is authorized to execute a Lease Renewal with the Rhonda G. Kodjayan Trust, as Landlord, for use of approximately 4,165 square feet of building space located at 2807 West 55th Street by the Chicago Public Library as the Gage Park Branch Library; such Lease Renewal to be approved by the Commissioner of the Chicago Public Library, the President of the Chicago Public Library Board of Directors, and approved as to form and legality by the Corporation Counsel in substantially the following form:

LEASE
THIS LEASE is made and entered into this day of 2015 (the
"Commencement Date"), by and between RHONDA G. KODJAYAN TRUST (hereinafter referred to as "Landlord") and the CITY OF CHICAGO, an Illinois municipal corporation and home rule unit of government (hereinafter referred to as "City" or "Tenant").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, Landlord is the owner of the real property more commonly known as 2807 West 55th Street, Chicago, Cook County, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, Landlord has agreed to lease to Tenant, and Tenant has agreed to lease from Landlord approximately 4,165 square feet of office space located at 2807 West 55m Street to be used by the Chicago Public Library as its Gage Park Branch;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants, terms and conditions set forth herein, the parties hereto agree and covenant as follows:
