Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to Clark 800 LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, seven (7) Vault(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 800 N. Clark St
Said Vault(s) at N. Clark Street measure(s):
One (1) at ninety-three (93) feet in length, and three (3) feet in width for a total of two hundred seventy-nine (279) square feet.
One (1) at ten point two five (10.25) feet in length, and nine (9) feet in width for a total of ninety-two point two five (92.25) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at W. Chicago Avenue measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred fifty-one (151) feet in length, and two point five (2.5) feet in width for a total of three hundred seventy-seven point five (377.5) square feet.
One (1) at twelve point eight three (12.83) feet in length, and eleven point two five (11.25) feet in width for a total of one hundred forty-four point three four (144.34) square feet.
One (1) at six (6) feet in length, and three (3) feet in width for a total of eighteen (18) square feet.
One (1) at twelve point eight three (12.83) feet in length, and seven point three three (7.33) feet in width for a total of
ninety-four point zero four (94.04) square feet.
One (1) at four point two five (4.25) feet in length, and eleven point six seven (11.67) feet in width for a total of forty-nine point six (49.6) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1121821 herein granted the sum of seventeen thousand seven hundred nineteen ($17,719.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public way.
