ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 090, ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, portions of the below named streets are hereby designated as residential parking zone, for the following locations:


That an ordinance passed by the City Council on May 6, 2015, Journal Page 108530, establishing Residential Permit Parking Zone 123 in the 20th Ward be and is hereby amended by striking;
5115 South Morgan Street: 5115-5125 South Morgan Street (east and west sides) - residential permit parking zone - at all times - all days - Zone 1854;

and inserting in lieu thereof.
5115 South Morgan Street: 5115-5125 South Morgan Street (east side only) -residential permit parking zone - at all times - all days - Zone 1854;

Are hereby amended, and this Ordinance establishes that within the aforementioned boundaries, Residential Permit Parking Zone 1854, shall take effect upon passage and publication.
