BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend One Hour Parking Restriction Signs at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:
29 7138 West Armitage Avenue; West Armitage Avenue (south side) from a point 60 feet
east of North Harlem Avenue to a point 48 feet east thereof; One Hour Parking, 10:00am to 10:00pm, All Days, Public Benefit -- (15-05778636) [02015-7235]
SECTION 2. and publication.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend One Hour Parking Restriction Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
