ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all ofthe Residential Planned Development Number 901 District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 30-G in the area bounded by

West 122^nd Street; the private right-of-way of the Illinois Central Railroad to the east; the city limits of the City of Chicago at West 123^rd Street to the south and the public right-of-way of South Ashland Avenue to the west,

to those of an RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
