DIRECT INTRODUCTION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

That Chapter 4-244-140 is amended to include the prohibition of peddling of any

merchandise or other articles whatsoever, within the following designated areas:

"South Kedzie Avenue       on both sides on the street, from South Archer

Avenue to West 59^th Street."
