BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:



SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-2 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No 10-F in the area bounded by:

A line 213.90 feet north of and parallel to West 43rd Street; the 16.00 foot public alley next east of South Halsted Street; West 43rd Street; South Halsted Street

SECTION 2. To those of a B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District, and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area herein above described;
