MISCELLANEOUS SIGNS 30 MINUTE PARKING

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend 30 Minute Parking Restriction Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

48                     North Broadway; North Broadway (west side) from a point 90 feet north of West

Elmdale Avenue to first driveway south of West Norwood Avenue; 30 Minute Parking, All Times, All Days - (15-05187693) [02015-6161]

SECTION 2. and publication.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend 30 Minute Parking Restriction Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
