ORDINANCE

WHEREAS, On November 18, 2015, the City Council passed an order (the "Order," designated by City Clerk Tracking Number Or2015-665) issuing a sign permit; and

WHEREAS, The Order erroneously refers to Father and Son Food Mart being at 5701 South Damen Avenue instead of 5700 South Damen Avenue; and

WHEREAS, It is necessary and appropriate to correct this error; now, therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Page 14396 of the Journal of the Proceedings of November 18, 2015, is hereby corrected by replacing the two erroneous references to "5701 South Damen Avenue" at the second to last and seventh to last lines from the bottom of the page with "5700 South Damen Avenue."

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication and shall be deemed to apply retroactively to the effective date of the Ordinance.
