ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Buildings is hereby directed to issue a sign permit to Ozko Sign and Lighting Company 1119 Lunt Avenue Schaumburg Illinois 60193 for the erection of a sign over 24 feet in height and over 100 square feet in area at 8312 South South Chicago Avenue.
Dimensions: 6'-0" (H) x 25'-5" (L) Height above grade: 25'-0" Height below roof to top of sign: 2'-0" Total Square feet of area 152.51
Such sign(s) shall comply with the applicable provisions of Chapter 194A of the Chicago Municipal Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable provisions of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago governing the construction and maintenance of outdoor signs, signboards, and structures.

Ozko Sign and Lighting Co., respectfully request the permission and authority, to construct, install, and maintain two illuminated business identification signs in which each sign would be 6'-0" in height by 25'-5" in length with a total of 152.5 square feet in area at the property commonly known as 8312 South South Chicago Avenue Chicago, Illinois 60617.
I hereby submit this Order to the City Clerk's Office for the approval or disapproval of the sign for introduction at the next regular meeting of the City Council and forwarded to the appropriate committee for hearing.
