BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  Be it hereby ordered that the Commissioner of Transportation be directed to install Honorary Street Name Signs to honor Dr. Lukasz Adam Koscielski on the 4000 block of West Melrose Street, from North Pulaski Road to North Karlov Avenue, as Dr. Lukasz Adam Koscielski Way.

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and due publication.
