ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Sections 2 through 5 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.
SECTION 2. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (25.26), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of July 29, 2009 at page 67873, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (25.26) On 18th Street, from Halsted Street to Morgan Street.
SECTION 3. Section 4-60-022 and 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago are hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (25.28) and 4-60-023 (25.28), which were previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of March 18, 2015 at page 103959, with the following underscored text:
On 18th Street, from Racine Avenue to Loomis Street; and on that portion of Ada Street, between 18th Street and 16th Street; and on that portion of 17th Street, between Ada Street and Blue Island Avenue.

SECTION 4. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (25.29), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of October 8, 2014 at page 92371, with the following underscored text:
On 18th Street, from Loomis Street to Ashland Avenue; and on Bishop Street, between 18th Street and 19th Street.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
