BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all ofthe RM-5.5, Residential Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map Number 5-G in the area generally bounded by:

 

a line 363.10 feet South of and parallel to West Armitage Avenue; North Bissell Street; a line 387.10 South of and parallel to West Armitage Avenue; a right-of-way of Elevated & Subway Chicago Rapid Transit Lines,

MICHELE SMITH Alderman, 43rd Ward

to those of an RT-4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse, and Multi-Unit District. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect after its passage and approval.
