Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to WORP/625 ADAMS LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use twelve (12) Caisson(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 625 W. Adams St
Said Caisson(s) at W. Adams Street measure(s):
One (1) at twelve point two five (12.25) feet in length, and three point five seven (3.57) feet in width for a total of forty-three point seven three (43.73) square feet.
One (1) at twelve point five (12.5) feet in length, and three point eight three (3.83) feet in width for a total of forty-seven point eight eight (47.88) square feet.
Said Caisson(s) at Public Alley measure(s):
One (1) at seven point nine two (7.92) feet in length, and two point one seven (2.17) feet in width for a total of seventeen point one nine (17.19) square feet.
Two (2) at eleven point one seven (11.17) feet in length, and three point four two (3.42) feet in width for a total of seventy-six point four (76.4) square feet.
Five (5) at eleven point seven five (11.75) feet in length, and three point six seven (3.67) feet in width for a total of two hundred fifteen point six one (215.61) square feet.
One (1) at nine point eight three (9.83) feet in length, and two point two five (2.25) feet in width for a total of twenty-two point one two (22.12) square feet.
One (1) at five point six seven (5.67) feet in length, and one point one seven (1.17) foot in width for a total of six point six three (6.63) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1122965 herein granted the sum of four hundred ($400.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public way.
Authority herein given and granted for a period of five (5) years from and after Date of Passage.
