ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Commissioner of the Department of Transportation of the City of Chicago is directed to repeal the Loading Zone located at 4245-4247 W. North Avenue.

SECTION 2.   This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
