BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:



SECTION 1. The Annual Appropriation Ordinance for fiscal year 2016 is hereby amended by striking the words and figures indicated and by inserting the words and figures indicated on Exhibit A attached hereto.


SECTION 2. An Ordinance providing for the expenditure of the portion of the motor fuel tax fund allocated to the City of Chicago in the Year 2016, Ordinance #02015-7385, passed by the City Council on October 21, 2015 and appearing in the Journal of Proceedings of that date at pages 10322 - 10325, is amended by inserting the underlined text and deleting the struck-through text as shown on Exhibit B attached hereto.



SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon passage and approval.
