BE /r ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-5, Community Shopping District symbols as shown on Map No. 3-F in the area generally bounded by:
a line beginning at a point 114.07 feet north of West Goethe Street and extending east to a point 114.11 feet north of West Goethe Street; North Dearborn Parkway; West Goethe Street; and the alley next west of and parallel to North Dearborn Parkway

to those of a RM-5, Residential Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and due publication.
