ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the C1-2 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications on Map No. 8-H in the area bounded by:

South Blake Street; the alley next southeast of and parallel to South Archer Avenue; the alley next southwest of and parallel to South Blake Street; a line beginning at a point 319.61 feet west of South Leavitt Street and 205.5 feet north of West 37^th Street extending southwest to a point 344.61 feet west of South Leavitt Street and 194.4 feet north of West 37^th Street; the alleys next northwest of West 37^th Street; the alley next northeast of the intersection of West 37^th Street and South Archer Avenue; and South Archer Avenue,

to those of an RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.

Common Address of Property:     3629-67 South Archer Avenue

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
