Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 412 WELLS, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, four (4) Caisson(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 412 N. Wells St
Said Caisson(s) at N. Wells Street measure(s):
One (1) at four point seven five (4.75) feet in length, and point eight three (.83) feet in width for a total of three point nine four (3.94) square feet. Existing caisson is approximately seventy-one (71) feet below grade level.
One (1) at four point eight three (4.83) feet in length, and point eight three (.83) feet in width for a total of four point zero one (4.01) square feet. Existing caisson is approximately seventy-one (71) feet below grade level.
One (1) at two point nine two (2.92) feet in length, and point three three (.33) feet in width for a total of point nine six (.96) square feet. Existing caisson is approximately seventy-one (71) feet below grade level.
One (1) at eight point three three (8.33) feet in length, and two point two five (2.25) feet in width for a total of eighteen point seven four (18.74) square feet. Existing caisson is approximately seventy-one (71) feet below grade level

The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
