ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-2 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 4-G in the area bounded by

West 16^th Street; South Newberry Avenue; a line 254.53 feet south of West 16^th Street; a line 99 feet west of South Newberry Avenue; the public alley next north of and parallel to West 18^th Street; a line 201.74 feet east of and parallel to South Peoria Street; West 18^th Street; and the eastern boundary line of the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad Right-of-Way,

to those of a Ml-2 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
