BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install and/or amend Reserved Parking (2% Disabled) Signs at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:
10 3009 East 92nd Street; East 92nd Street (south side) from a point 100 feet east of
South Commercial Avenue to a point 20 feet east thereof; Reserved Parking (2% Disabled), 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday through Saturday - (15-01864246) [Or2015-168]
50 3312 West Peterson Avenue; West Peterson Avenue (north side) from a point 131 feet
east of North Christiana Avenue to a point 20 feet east thereof; Reserve Parking (2% Disabled), 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, Public Benefit - (16-03430180) [02016-3000]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Reserved Parking (2% Disabled) on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
