Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. That the ordinance (02015-8534) which authorized the vacation of a portion of a public alley bounded by North Sangamom Street, West Hubbard Street, North Peoria Street and West Kinzie Street passed by the City Council on May 18, 2016 and printed in the Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago, pages 24950 through 24953 is hereby corrected by deleting page 24953 depicting the Plat of Subdivision. for Mozart Place Resubdivision (Exhibit A) and inserting in lieu thereof the Plat of Vacation (Exhibit A) attached hereto.
