ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the M2-3 Light Industry District symbols and indications as show on Map No. 4-1 in the area bounded by:

West 19^th Street; South Western Avenue; West Cullerton Street; and the public alley next west of and parallel to South Western Avenue,

to those of a C3-5 Commercial, Manufacturing and Employment District.

Common Address of Property:  1900 South Western Avenue

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
