BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code ofChicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

MR Clark 3473 Operating, LLC and JEM Wrigley Venture LLC located at

3469-75 North Clark, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit

alley ingress and egress to parking facilities.

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and

publication.
