Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety BUFFER ZONE FOR RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1.     Pursuant to Section 9-64-090 (f) of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following addresses are hereby included in the buffer zone for the adjacent residential permit parking zone listed immediately thereafter:

2408 - 2412 West Cortland Avenue (north side ofthe street) - designated as a buffer zone for Residential Parking Permit Zone 102.

SECTION 2.     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
