DIRECT INTRODUCTION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on September 29, 2004, establishing a no parking, loading tow-away zone in designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom, the following [page 32198 of the Journal of Proceedings]:

"North Kedzie Avenue

No. 4236, from a point 235 feet north of West Berteau Avenue to a point 50 feet north thereof, 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., on all days."

Inserting in lieu thereof,

"North Kedzie Avenue

No. 4236 from a point 330 feet north of West Berteau Avenue to point 50 feet north thereof, 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., on all days

NO PARKING -LOADING ZONE -TOW-AWAY ZONE - PUBLIC BENEFIT."

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage

and publication.
