BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing all of the RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols as shown on Map No. 3 - H in the area bounded by:


A line 80 feet northeast of the northeast line of North Wicker Park Avenue; a line 120.6 feet southeasterly of and parallel to North Lincoln Street (also known as North Wolcott Avenue); North Wicker Park Avenue; a line 72.6 feet southeasterly of and parallel to North Lincoln Street (also known as North Wolcott Avenue).
