ORDINANCE

 

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Section 2 through 4 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.

 

SECTION 2. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (44.1), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of July 30, 2014 at page 85730, with the following underscored text:

 

4-60-022 (44.1)       On Clark Street, from Fletcher Street to Buckingham Place.

 

SECTION 3. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (44.2), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of April 2, 2014 at page 77629, with the following underscored text:

 

4-60-022 (44.2)       On Belmont Avenue, from Clark Street to Sheffield Avenue.

 

SECTION 4. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (44.4), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of July 29, 2015 at page 3644, with the following underscored text:

 

4-60-022 (44.4)       On Belmont Avenue, from Seminary Avenue to Racine Avenue.

 

SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
