BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Planned Development No. 751 and Ml-2 Limited Manufacturing District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 24-D in the area bounded by

 

 

East 95 Street; a line 800 feet long running in a southwesterly direction and east of and parallel to South Cottage Grove Avenue starting at a point 500 feet east of the east line of South Cottage Grove Avenue (said 500 feet measured along the south line of East 95th Street) and ending at a point 800 feet southwest ofthe south line of East 95th Street at a point 500 feet east of the east line of South Cottage Grove Avenue and 793.16 feet south of the south line of East 95th Street (said 793.16 feet measured along the east line of South Cottage Grove Avenue); continuing in a northwesterly direction 202.61 feet and ending at a point 296.22 feet east ofthe east line of South Cottage Grove Avenue at a point 731.52 feet south of the south line of East 95th Street (said 731.52 feet measured along the east line of South Cottage Grove Avenue; a 60.64 foot long line continuing north starting at the end of the last described point and ending at a point 288 feet east ofthe east line of South Cottage Grove Avenue and 731.52 feet southwest of the south line of East 95th Street (said 731.52 feet measured along the east line of South Cottage Grove Avenue); a line 731.52 feet southwest of and parallel to East 95th Street (as measured along the east line of South Cottage Grove Avenue); and South Cottage Grove Avenue,
