ORDINANCE
30 EAST ADAMS PROPERTY LLC Acct. No. 409305 -1 Permit No. 1124380

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 30 EAST ADAMS PROPERTY LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, three (3) Vault(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 30 E. Adams St
Said Vault(s) at S. Wabash Avenue measure(s):
One (1) at ninety-six (96) feet in length, and three point six (3.6) feet in width for a total of three hundred forty-five point six (345.6) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at E. Adams Street measure(s):
One (1) at ninety-seven point six (97.6) feet in length, and twelve (12) feet in width for a total of one thousand one hundred seventy-one point two (1171.2) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at E. Adams Street (Public Alley) measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred ninety-four point eight (194.8) feet in length, and nine (9) feet in width for a total of one thousand seven hundred fifty-three point two (1753.2) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1124380 herein granted the sum of ten thousand nine hundred eighty-seven ($10,987.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
