ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 9-68-026 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the language struck through, as follows:

9-68-026 Comiskey Park area parking permits.

(a)     A neighborhood permit parking program is hereby established within the area surrounding Comiskey Park as set forth below. The operation ofthe Comiskey Park permit parking program shall be limited to the hours during which athletic events are conducted at Comiskey Park.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect following due passage and approval.
