ORDERED,   That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on the 3100 block of North Central Park Avenue, from West Barry Avenue to West Belmont Avenue (both sides)(address range 3100 through 3144, and 3105 through 3145), Sunday through Saturday, during the hours of 6:00 pm through 6:00 am.
