Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to CUBESMART #871, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use eleven (11) sign(s) projecting over the public right-of-way attached to its premises known as 2635-2649 N. Western Ave
Said sign structure(s) measures as follows; along W Schubert Ave:
One (1) at sixteen point eight three (16.83) feet in length, four point one seven (4.17) feet in height and nineteen (19) feet above grade level.
Two (2) at eight point three three (8.33) feet in length, four (4) feet in height and eleven (11) feet above grade level.

Said sign structure(s) measures as follows; along N Western Ave:
Three (3) at eight point three three (8.33) feet in length, four (4) feet in height and eleven (11) feet above grade level.
One (1) at nineteen point six seven (19.67) feet in length, five (5) feet in height and eighteen point five (18.5) feet above grade level.
One (1) at nineteen point six seven (19.67) feet in length, five (5) feet in height and nineteen point zero eight (19.08) feet above grade level.
Said sign structure(s) measures as follows; along W Logan Blvd:
Two (2) at eight (8) feet in length, four (4) feet in height and nine (9) feet above grade level. One (1) at eighteen (18) feet in length, four point five (4.5) feet in height and twenty-five (25) feet above grade level.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.

Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development) and Zoning Department - Signs.
