BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RT-4 Residential Two-Flat. Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No 5-F in the area bounded by:
The 15.00 foot public alley next north of North Lincoln Avenue; a line running perpendicular lo North Lincoln Avenue travelling 1 15.0 feet in a southwesterly direction to a point 86.64 feet northwest of North Ogden Avenue; North Lincoln Avenue; and a line perpendicular to North Lincoln Avenue beginning at a point 134.64 feet northwest of North Ogden Avenue, travelling 115.0 feet in a northeasterly direction to the point of beginning
To those ofa RM5 Residential Multi-Unit District and an accompanying use district is hereby established in the area described above.
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect alter its passage and due publication.
