SCHOOL STREET CLOSURE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install School Street Closure Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

27                     955 West Grand Avenue; North Morgan Street from West Grand Avenue to West

Hubbard Street; School Street Closure (Bennett Day School), Monday through Thursday, 7:45am to 8:30am and 3:10pm to 3:55pm, and Friday, 7:45am to 8:30am and 12:30pm to 1:15pm; Bennett Day School Days [02016-7287

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance to allow School Street Closure Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinances transmitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no , dissenting votes.
