Such sign(s) shall comply with all applicable provisions of TITLE 17 of the Chicago Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable provisions of the Municipal Code of the CITY OF CHICAGO governing the construction and maintenance of outdoor sign, signboards and structures.
At no time shall the illumination exceed 50% capacity or the equivalent 4912 Lumens. Said sign shall be turned off between the hours of 10pm and 8am. Revocation of this ordinance and associated sign permit shall be enacted if these conditions are not met and or if the illumination has a quality of life impact on neighboring residents.
