ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 9454 -1 Permit No. 1124033

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for FIREPLACE INN on 09/14/2016, and printed upon page 20166208 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"One (1) at eight (8) feet in length, six (6) feet in height and seven (7) feet above grade level.

Authority herein given and granted for a period of five (5) years from and after 06/28/2024."

and inserting in their place the words

"One (1) at fourteen (14) feet six (6) inches in length, five (5) feet in height and nine (9) feet six (6) inches above grade level.

Authority herein given and granted for a period of five (5) years from and after 07/26/2016."

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
