BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 1 7 of Ihe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby
amended by changing all of the RS-3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and
indications as shown on Map No. 5-.I in the area bounded by
A line 200.50 feet south of and parallel to the south line of West Bloomingdale Avenue; North Kedzie Avenue: A line 227.50 feet south of and parallel to the south line of West Bloomingdale Avenue; The north south public alley west of and parallel to North Kedzie Avenue
to those of a R 1-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.


SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and alter its passage and due publication.
