SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE - A8261

BE,IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the POS-l Public Open Space District and RM5 Residential Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 6-f in the area bounded by .

West 27^th Street; a line 548 feet west of and parallel to the west line of South State Street (as measured along the south line of West 27^th Street); a line 500 feet south of and parallel to West 27^lh Street; a line 709.22 feet west of and parallel to the west line of South State Street (as measured along the south line of West 27^th Street),

to those of an POS-l Public Open Space District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
