ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RM5 Residential Multi-Unit District and B3-2 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 2-J in the area bounded by

West Jackson Boulevard; a line 164 feet east of and parallel to South Pulaski Road; the public alley next south of and parallel to West Jackson Boulevard; and a line 104 feet east of and parallel to South Pulaski Road,

to those of a B3-2 Community Shopping District.

Common Address of Property:  3947-49 West Jackson Boulevard

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
